You can work:
Full-time with a monthly salary
Part-time (for example 60% or 80%)
On an hourly basis if your workload varies or if you'd like to combine work with studies or other priorities
Hourly work provides additional flexibility, allowing you to work more when it suits you and take time for other parts of life when needed.
We also offer performance-based compensation models in selected roles. These may be linked to project billing, billing rate, or sales performance.
