A transparent compensation model
The compensation model is built openly and collaboratively. Your earnings are based on project invoicing as well as the agreed support services and structures.
Our goal is to create a fair and transparent partnership model where all parties benefit.
Here is an example of how compensation within our Woima Partner model may be structured in the rail and infrastructure sectors. Alternatively, we can agree on a fixed hourly rate if, for example, active sales responsibility primarily lies with us.
